NHSE/I Primary Care Wellbeing and Resilience Survey - 10 mins to complete

NHSE/I have commissioned the Institute of Employment Studies to complete a survey of the wellbeing and resilience levels of staff in primary care. The findings provide valuable insight into the wellbeing of

The survey will close at the end of June 2022.

Tell us how you are – primary care wellbeing survey

The latest wellbeing survey is now open for all staff working across primary care. The survey takes 10 minutes to complete - please let us know how you are and how we can further support you and your teams.

Thank you to everyone who completed the previous wellbeing survey back in January. Results show that wellbeing and resilience of the workforce remains a challenge. As we continue to work under many pressures, we encourage you and your teams to seek support if needed.

The health and wellbeing support is available on the NHSEI FutureNHS space. This includes the award-winning coaching programme, support for managing patients and promotional resources to share with teams.

Counselling Directory

The directory is a resource hub which enables individuals struggling with their emotional well-being to find a qualified and insured counsellor. Counselling Directory was set up by a team who know how difficult it can be to find the right support, and we’re passionate about connecting people to the support they deserve.

As well as providing a directory of counsellors, we also share free advice and guidance from counsellors through our blog. To ensure the professionalism of our website, all counsellors have provided us with their proof of membership with a professional body.

You can access the directory here: http://www.counselling-directory.org.uk
